CALIFORNIA CONSUMER PRIVACY ACT (CCPA/CPRA) PRIVACY NOTICE FOR CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS
Last Updated: June 18, 2026This Privacy Notice for California Residents supplements the information contained in the General Privacy Policy of Marketing 664 and applies solely to all visitors, users, and clients who reside in the State of California. We adopt this notice to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (CPRA). Any terms defined in the CCPA/CPRA have the same meaning when used in this Notice.

- Category L: Sensitive Personal Information (SPI). Account log-in credentials in combination with required security or access codes for automation tools, APIs, and AI integrations provided by the user.
2. Purposes for Using Personal Information
We may use or disclose the personal information we collect for one or more of the following business purposes:
- To fulfill or meet the reason you provided the information (e.g., executing web design, automation workflows, and AI implementations).
- To respond to law enforcement requests and as required by applicable law, court order, or governmental regulations.

4. How to Exercise Your Rights

Verification Process: Only you, or someone legally authorized to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request related to your personal information. To protect your privacy, we will verify your identity by matching the minimum identifying pieces of information provided in your request against the records already maintained by our system before fulfilling any actions.
Response Timing: We endeavor to respond to a verifiable consumer request within forty-five (45) days of its receipt. If we require more time (up to 90 days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing. We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable consumer request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded.
5. Data Retention Periods
We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the business purposes outlined in this notice, to provide the technical services requested, or to comply with necessary legal, accounting, and cross-border tax reporting obligations.
